If your item arrives with an issue, simply send us a clear photo—we’ll take care of the rest.
Please note:
- Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery.
- Damaged items must be returned before a replacement is issued (return shipping not included).

Production & Shipping
Production & Shipping
At Barkhaus, every piece of Metal Wall Art is made to order with precision and care. Production typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on design complexity and current volume.
Once your piece is finished, it ships via FedEx or UPS standard ground within the U.S., which usually takes another 1–4 business days. Shipping is always free—no minimums, no surprises.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships, so you can follow it every step of the way.
Note: During peak seasons like Q4, production times may be slightly extended to maintain the quality you expect.
Refund Policy

If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 6 hours of placing an order. After 6 hours have passed, we are unable to cancel or modify orders.
Due to the on demand nature of our production process, we are not able to accept refunds or exchanges for change of mind or change of size. Once the production process has begun, all sales are final.
Due to the on-demand nature of our production process, Barkhaus does not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests after the order has been produced, printed, shipped, and/or delivered. This includes all issues due to user error i.e. garment size issues, errors in delivery address, incorrect color or product variant types.
If your product arrives damaged or faulty please contact us at info@barkhausmetal.com or through our contact us page. We will require proof of product damage and will assess each claim on an individual basis.
Please do not 'return to sender' without prior contacting us. This will not be accepted as a refund or exchange and you will be responsible for any return shipping fees to get the product back to you.
